Kids of all ages love to play detective. Kids also love to read mysteries. The Hidden Staircase was one of my favorite Nancy Drew books, which I read as a young girl along with the entire series. When I saw these photos of the Nancy Drew theme party that Kendra threw for her daughter - I was over-the-moon looking at all of her ideas:) Check out Kendra's blog Me and My Insanity - she is so clever and talented. The invitation looks like a Nancy Drew Book; open the book to find a shrinky dink invitation and magnifying glass inside!
The birthday girl is on the front cover of her very own mystery book invitation.
I love, love these thank you cards! Isn't this so clever? Take mug shots of guests and create a photo lineup for the thank you card. Notice the red circle around one of the mug shots? This is the child who the thank you card is for:)

Abigail from Piece of Cake Parties found free images online of fingerprints and footprints. She printed them on repositionable CLEAR DECALS FOR WINDOWS - terrific idea!
