Yes, these are edible art sandwiches! Funky Lunch makes sandwiches into unbelievable, very cool art. Their website says, "Funky Lunch was born out of the desire to turn an ordinary lunchtime sandwich into something a bit different to encourage children to try and eat a varied and healthy lunch." Now I don't know about you, but believe you me this would definitely get my kids eating! For me this would be a special occasion sandwich....with my art skills that would be about once every 2--3 years:)
