Classic Girls Rooms

pink girls bedroomWhat gorgeous rooms with high ceilings, crown moldings and classic details. Both of these bedrooms look completely different but have used four pieces of the same furniture - trundle bed, bookcase, dresser, and a chair with an ottoman. Trundle beds for kids are a great solution for frequent overnight guests. My girls had a trundle bed growing up - it's a great way to save space in a bedroom by not having a second bed. The pink bedroom is classic with silhouette pillows.

Girls Bedroom - Raspberry Color

Raspberry is a bold color with special girl appeal and it's such a mood-brightening color:) Notice the warm raspberry color on the ceiling.
Photos from here.

White headboards, bedding and art help soften the bold raspberry colored walls. Photo from here.

The striped accent rug features the raspberry and teal colors in the bedroom and helps bring the room colors together. Photo from here.

Sweet Girls' Room

Pink and green make a great color pair. Erika from The End Design painted the art in this sweet bedroom. Adding a whimsical touch to the room is the tall pink giraffe with spots and the little giraffe pillow. The large flower and vine serves as a growth chart - such an easy way to keep track of your child's amazing growth year after year. And believe me they grow quickly, I would've sworn I had preschoolers and a toddler last year, now I have one graduating from high school. Time goes quickly...

Girls Garden Room

Great attention to detail and a lot of love went into this beautiful garden bedroom. The garden scene on the wall is such a perfect compliment to this entire bedroom. The fabric on the dressing table coordinates with the bedding which is so lush and inviting. This is one lucky little girl. Remember it's all in the details! Designed by Betty J Weir Interiors.
