How about offering a sweet tattoo instead of face painting at a birthday party? Soap and warm water removes the tattoos nicely.

Temporary tattoos can be printed on tattoo paper.  You don't need a Silhouette machine to make tattoos (just a printer) - although the Silhouette is great to cut the tattoos out.
